Vezdoc is an online platform that lists qualified dentists, oral health specialists, dental clinics, and related healthcare providers (collectively, “Dentists” or “Providers”), including their names, qualifications, registration details, specialities, clinic locations, and consultation availability, for the convenience of patients seeking dental care.

Through the Platform, patients may search for Dentists near their location, view their profiles, and book appointments by providing their name, phone number, selecting the desired treatment, and selecting a preferred date and time for the appointment.

Vezdoc acts solely as an intermediary and facilitator that connects patients with independent, third-party Dentists and dental clinics. Vezdoc does not itself provide dental treatment, diagnosis, prescriptions, or any form of medical or dental care.

The appointment booking facility is provided as a convenience only. Vezdoc does not guarantee that any appointment request will be accepted, confirmed, attended to at the scheduled time, or result in treatment of any particular nature.

All information provided on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, dentist profiles, qualifications, specialities, treatment descriptions, pricing indications, and other material, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, professional dental or medical advice.

Vezdoc makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information displayed on the Platform.

Nothing on the Platform is intended to be, and must not be treated as, a substitute for professional dental examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified Dentist. Use of the Platform does not, by itself, create any patient-doctor relationship between you and Vezdoc.

If you believe you have a dental or medical emergency, you must immediately contact your local emergency helpline number or visit the nearest emergency facility. Do not rely on the Platform for emergency situations.

Always seek the advice of a qualified Dentist or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any questions you may have concerning a dental condition, symptoms, or treatment, and before undertaking any new dental care regimen. Never disregard professional advice, or delay in seeking it, because of information you have read on the Platform.

When booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, a valid and reachable phone number, the treatment for which you are seeking consultation, and your preferred date and time for the appointment.

By submitting an appointment request, you authorise Vezdoc and/or the relevant Dentist or clinic to contact you via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or other messaging services for the purpose of confirming, rescheduling, reminding, or following up on your appointment.

The date and time selected by you at the time of booking constitute a request only and are subject to confirmation and availability of the Dentist. Vezdoc and/or the Dentist or clinic reserve the right to confirm, reschedule, or decline any appointment request at their discretion, and will endeavour to inform you of any such change.

A patient-doctor relationship is established only upon direct consultation between you and the Dentist, whether in person or through any online consultation facility. Vezdoc is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, the clinical relationship, diagnosis, advice, prescription, or treatment provided by any Dentist.

Vezdoc is not responsible for, and shall have no liability arising from: (a) delays, cancellations, or no-shows by either the patient or the Dentist; (b) waiting times at the clinic; (c) fees charged by the Dentist or clinic, which are determined solely by the Dentist/clinic and may vary from any indicative information shown on the Platform; or (d) the outcome, quality, or result of any consultation or treatment.

You may cancel or request to reschedule an appointment by contacting Vezdoc's support team or the relevant clinic directly, where such a facility is made available, subject to the clinic's own cancellation and rescheduling policies.

While Vezdoc strives to provide accurate general information, no material on the Platform is intended to be a substitute for professional dental or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The Dentists listed on the Platform provide independent professional advice and opinions based on their own clinical expertise, qualifications, and judgment. Vezdoc is not responsible for, and does not endorse, any advice, opinion, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment provided by any Dentist listed on the Platform, whether during an online consultation or an in-person appointment booked through the Platform.

Under no circumstances shall Vezdoc be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or harm of any kind, including death, arising directly or indirectly from: (a) reliance on information available on the Platform; (b) the use or misuse of the Platform; or (c) any consultation, diagnosis, prescription, treatment, or procedure performed by any Dentist or clinic listed on the Platform. User discretion is strongly advised at all times.

Vezdoc endeavours to obtain accurate information concerning Dentists and clinics, including their names, qualifications, registration/credential details, specialities, experience, and clinic addresses, from sources believed to be reliable. However, Vezdoc makes no guarantee or warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or current validity of any such information.

Patients are encouraged to independently verify the credentials, registration status, and qualifications of any Dentist before relying on their services, where they consider it necessary to do so.

Any views, opinions, or statements (including medical, non-medical, religious, or political) expressed by Dentists listed on the Platform are those of the individual Dentist alone and do not represent the views of Vezdoc.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and product names appearing on the Platform, including those of pharmaceutical companies, dental product manufacturers, clinics, or hospitals, are the property of their respective owners. Vezdoc does not endorse or sponsor any such product, company, clinic, or Dentist unless explicitly stated.

The listing of any Dentist, clinic, treatment, product, or procedure on the Platform does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee by Vezdoc as to its efficacy, safety, suitability, or quality.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Platform by, any third party.

You agree not to: (a) provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information when booking an appointment; (b) make repeated frivolous, hoax, or duplicate bookings with the intention of disrupting a Dentist's or clinic's schedule; (c) use the Platform to harass, abuse, or threaten any Dentist, clinic staff, or other user; or (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any database connected to it.

Vezdoc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform for any user who, in Vezdoc's reasonable judgment, violates these terms, misuses the appointment booking facility, or engages in conduct harmful to Vezdoc, its Dentists, or other users.

The Platform may contain links to other websites, applications, or content belonging to or originating from third parties, including Dentists' own websites or social media pages. Such external links are not monitored or reviewed for accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness by Vezdoc.

Vezdoc does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume any responsibility for the information, products, or services offered by any third-party website or platform linked to or from the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vezdoc, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any Dentist, clinic, or third party on or through the Platform; (c) any appointment booked, confirmed, rescheduled, cancelled, or missed through the Platform; or (d) unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

Vezdoc is not liable for any personal injury, harm, or death, or any infringement of rights, caused by the use or misuse of the Platform's services, content, or comments, or by any Dentist or clinic listed on the Platform.

Vezdoc respects and is committed to protecting the privacy of its users' personal information. This section, together with any separate Privacy Policy published on the Platform, explains how Vezdoc collects, uses, stores, and protects your data.

Information Collected: When you use the Platform, Vezdoc may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including your name, phone number, location, treatment preferences, appointment date and time, and any other information you submit through forms, chat, or customer support channels.

Use of Information: The information collected is used to (a) facilitate and confirm appointment bookings with Dentists and clinics; (b) communicate with you regarding your appointments, including reminders, confirmations, and rescheduling; (c) improve the Platform and the services offered; and (d) respond to your queries or support requests.

Sharing of Information: Your name, phone number, selected treatment, and appointment details will be shared with the relevant Dentist or clinic for the sole purpose of facilitating your appointment. Vezdoc does not sell or rent your personal information to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Security: Vezdoc takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Vezdoc cannot guarantee absolute security.

Communications: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls, SMS, and/or messages from Vezdoc and/or the relevant Dentist or clinic regarding your appointment and related services.

Data Retention: Vezdoc retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable law.

Your Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information held by Vezdoc by contacting us through the details provided below, subject to any legal or legitimate business requirements to retain such data.

All content on the Platform, including the Vezdoc name, logo, design, graphics, text, and software, is the property of Vezdoc or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without Vezdoc's prior written consent.

Vezdoc reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
